Mindful Movement to Feel Better, weekly Zoom class

In this gentle yoga class, you will use your breath, gentle movement and relaxation to release tension in your muscles and mind, and connect to inner strength. This is a 60-minute Zoom session to help you learn easy to use yoga tools to build stability, strength and restfulness, and enhance your overall well-being.

All levels are welcome. Your video can be on or off—totally your call.

First class is free

This class is pay-what-you-can. Suggested cost, $10 per class, 4 classes $30

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download Zoom (super simple)

2. Sign up here

3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 mins before class starts)

4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.

1 to 1 yoga therapy

One-on-one session to provide personalized yoga-based experiences to enhance your sense of stability, strength, composure and restfulness. You will learn a range of techniques that may include breathing, mindfulness and (adaptive) movement practices to meet your objectives, giving you personalized tools to enhance your well-being.

Contact Donna to request a free consultation and address any questions or concerns prior to scheduling. You will complete an intake form and set your goals for your yoga therapy sessions.

Appointments are one hour. Cost is $75 per session, or 4 sessions for $250. Recommend 4 sessions.
